Vivian, a cunning thief of the Black Scales guild, and her liberated legendary Elf Stone—a relic whispered to hold ancient elven power. Quick-witted, dangerous, and elusive, she thrives in the shadows, but does not lack charisma; she is adept at navigating a world of secrets, betrayal, and stolen magic.

This piece is part of my ongoing fantasy worldbuilding project, exploring the Black Scales thieves’ guild and its colorful rogues. My goal with Vivian was to combine expressive character design with narrative-driven illustration, showing not just her look, but her character: the risk, allure, and confidence a master thief such as herself has. She who lives one step ahead of both her rivals and her pursuers.

I focused on silhouette clarity, costume storytelling, and subtle color cues to reflect her guild affiliation and the mystique of the stolen Elf Stone. This artwork builds on my passion for fantasy character concept art, RPG-inspired storytelling, and visual development for games and animation.
